Cannot login to Microsoft CRM Online after MS changed sign up process

Thank you for a nice tool.

However, I cannot login to a new CRM Online organization with your tool, if the organization was created after MS changed the sign up process.

During the new sign up process for a CRM Online trial, you create a Office365 account and your user name for CRM Online becomes your Office365 user name. Earlier it was your Windows Live ID.

I have no problem loging in to older CRM Online organizations, but I have not been able to use your tool after the sign up process was changed by MS.

Has anybody experienced the same problem? Any solution?
